LUDHIANA: Ludhiana police have arrested two of three youths who allegedly hurled bricks at a moving car in the Ghumar Mandi area on September 5.A video of the incident, recorded by a passerby, later went viral on social media.ACP Civil Lines Sarabjeet Singh Cheema said the incident took place around 7.30pm on September 5, when the three youths, riding a motorcycle, allegedly threw bricks at a car travelling ahead of them.He said the accused had earlier clashed with the car owner, following which they allegedly hurled bricks at the vehicle and smashed its front and rear windshields.Cheema said police later arrested two of the three accused and seized the motorcycle used in the incident.A case has been registered under relevant sections, while efforts are on to arrest the third accused.The police officer said both arrested accused are adults.Police sources said the accused were traced through technical investigation and vehicle registration details.The video of the incident was recorded by a passerby and subsequently circulated widely on social media.
