Lucknow: UPRERA has introduced an email facility allowing allottees and complainants to obtain information on execution of authority orders and recovery certificates without visiting its offices.The authority said applicants can email details of their cases to the bench concerned to know the status and required procedure. The move follows instances where payments under recovery certificates were delayed because complainants failed to submit mandatory affidavits on time, often due to lack of information.UP RERA advised complainants to mention their case number, project name, promoter’s name and a brief description of the issue while seeking information.Queries concerning headquarters benches can be sent to rro.hq@up-rera.in, while those related to regional office benches can be sent to rro.ncr@up-rera.in.
