Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 12 real estate projects across six districts, involving an estimated investment of Rs 1,663.85 crore and development of 3,090 residential and commercial units.The project approvals cover residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Hapur, Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Kanpur.Lucknow accounted for the highest number of projects, investment and proposed units. Four projects, including two residential, one commercial and one mixed-use development, were approved with an estimated investment of Rs 609.35 crore. Together, they will have 1,972 units.Ghaziabad received approvals for three residential projects involving Rs 605.06 crore and 574 units. Two residential projects worth Rs 123.45 crore, comprising 192 units, were cleared in Hapur.One project each was approved in Kanpur, Ayodhya and Prayagraj. The Kanpur project entails an investment of Rs 201.72 crore for 158 units, while the Ayodhya project involves Rs 72.61 crore for 85 units. The Prayagraj project, estimated at Rs 51.66 crore, will have 109 units.
