Authorities should at least ensure temporary arrangements until the work restarts.”Commuters said they are being forced to depend on alternate modes of transport due to poor road conditions.LMC officials said they have notified the contractor to speed up the work and finish on time. “For any delay, we will penalise the agency,” they said.
