Hisar: Four persons, including two waiters and an aunt-nephew duo, lost their lives in two separate road accidents triggered by tyre bursts in Fatehabad and Sirsa districts, police said on Sunday. In both cases, vehicles lost control after the tyres burst and crashed into roadside trees.In the first incident, two waiters were killed and eight others were injured. According to police, the vehicle lost control near Jandali Kalan village on the Fatehabad-Bhuna road on Sunday morning following a tyre burst and rammed into a tree. A passing traffic police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital. Two of the injured are stated to be in critical condition. The bodies of the deceased were sent to the civil hospital for post-mortem examination. The deceased have been identified as Jagga, 33, a resident of Rehnkheri village, and Aryan, 20, a resident of Guladi village in Sangrur, Punjab. The injured include Rahul and Sahil, both residents of Guladi village, who remain critical. In a separate incident on Saturday evening, an aunt and her nephew died while the car driver sustained serious injuries after their vehicle crashed into a tree between Khedi and Kumhariya villages in Sirsa district.The deceased were identified as Israil, 29, a resident of Bhodia Khera village in Fatehabad, and his aunt Dhapa, 50, a resident of Teliyan Wali Dhani in Rajasthan. The injured driver, Mehboob, 26, has been admitted to a hospital. Police said the trio were returning from Rajasthan when their car’s tyre bursted, causing the driver to lose control before the vehicle hit a tree.
