T’puram: Two youths were killed after the motorcycle they were riding collided head-on with a KSRTC bus near Pottankavu in Kattakada on Tuesday afternoon.The deceased have been identified as Sanoosh (19) and Ajin (24), both of Malayam.The accident occurred around 1.30pm on the Kattakkada–Thiruvananthapuram Road. According to locals, the motorcycle, which was travelling towards Kattakada, went out of control and crashed into a KSRTC bus.The impact was severe, throwing both riders off the motorcycle. Both were soon rushed to a nearby private hospital, but doctors were unable to save their lives.Sanoosh was a student of Govt ITI, Chackai. He is survived by his brother, Sumeesh.Kattakada police reached the spot and initiated a probe. The bodies have been shifted to the MCH for autopsy.
