Coimbatore: A scuffle between two private bus drivers disrupted traffic at Hopes bus stop in Peelamedu on Saturday evening.Police said an argument broke out between the two drivers over boarding passengers. However, it soon escalated into a physical fight in the middle of the road, causing inconvenience to passengers and other road users. Traffic on the stretch was affected for a while as vehicles queued up amid the altercation.Peelamedu police who were alerted reached the spot and intercepted them. A case was registered against the drivers, identified as J Udhayakumar, 27 of Saibaba colony, and M Madhan, 30 of Irugur; for creating public nuisance and disturbing peace.Both were arrested and later released on bail.
