Chatra: Two men were arrested with 14.52 grams of brown sugar and Rs 55,500 in cash from near a football ground in Giddhaur late on Sunday. The accused were identified as Rahul Kumar Soni, 28, and Anand Kumar Thakur, 22, both from Ramgarh. An FIR was registered at Gidhaur police station under the NDPS Act, and both were sent to judicial custody.
