Times News NetworkKanpur: Two devotees returning to Madhya Pradesh after offering prayers in Mathura-Vrindavan died after their motorcycle skidded on Bundelkhand Expressway in Hamirpur district on Monday morning.The accident occurred around 9 am in Maudaha Kotwali area. Police said the motorcycle apparently went out of control after the rider dozed off, while other aspects of the accident were being investigated.The deceased were identified as Mohan Mishra (50) and Sanjay Pandey (45), residents of Nakela village in Majhgawan police station area of Baraundha tehsil in Madhya Pradesh’s Satna district. Both were farmers.Police reached the spot after receiving information and sent the injured men to Maudaha Community Health Centre, where doctors declared them dead after examination.Family members travelling behind them on another motorcycle subsequently reached the spot. Police took the bodies into custody and began necessary action.
