Kolkata: Trinamool moved the Calcutta High Court on Friday, seeking permission to conduct the July 21 Martyrs’ Day programme in front of Victoria House. The case is likely to be heard next week by Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya. Kolkata Police denied permission to both TMC factions to conduct the rally near Victoria House.
