Prayagraj: An 18-year-old girl climbed a mobile tower in Pratapgarh’s Fareedupur village, demanding that police call her boyfriend. The drama lasted around an hour before police managed to bring her down.Kunda police said the girl, in relationship with a young man, had a dispute with him and climbed the tower. When locals spotted the girl climbing the tower, they alerted police and a joint team of police, administration and fire department rushed to the spot and started pacifying the girl. She kept saying, “Call my boyfriend, only then will I step down.”Meanwhile, her mother and brother arrived at the scene, but she refused to listen to them. Police managed to bring her down once her boyfriend arrived at the spot. tnn
