COIMBATORE: The Combined Civil Services Examination (Group-II Services) – main examination (descriptive type), conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC), will be held at St Michael’s Higher Secondary School in the city from 9.30am to 12.30 pm. A total of 103 candidates from different parts of Coimbatore district will appear for the examination in the city. The Coimbatore district administration has set up TNPSC “May I Help You” special assistance centres at Gandhipuram bus stand, office of the commissioner of police and the collectorate. The contact numbers for the assistance centre at the district collectorate are 0422-2301114, 0422-2301115, and 0422-2301116. The police assistance centre contact numbers are: 0422-2300970 and 9498181213. For TNPSC assistance at Coimbatore city and rural bus stands, candidates may contact Senthilkumar at 94425 01929 and Yesudhas at 8825772866. Candidates will not be permitted to carry mobile phones, electronic watches, calculators or any other electronic devices into the examination hall. The district administration has requested candidates to reach the examination centre on time with their hall tickets and strictly adhere to TNPSC guidelines.
