Gurgaon: A three-year-old girl died during treatment on Tuesday, two days after she was allegedly struck by a speeding car while walking towards a temple in Jhajharola Khera village.According to a complaint filed by her father Narbir (28) at Farrukhnagar police station on June 2, the incident occurred around 7.30pm on May 31. Narbir, a labourer, said his daughter Gori was hit by a vehicle coming from the opposite direction. She lost consciousness at the spot and the driver fled the scene. Gori was first taken to SGT Hospital but was shifted to a private hospital after her condition worsened.A case has been registered against the unidentified driver under sections 281 (rash driving) and 106 (causing death due to negligence) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Police inspected the crime scene and said efforts are underway to identify the driver and establish the circumstances of the collision, a cop said.
