Rourkela: A woman assistant sub-inspector of police and two police constables of Chhend police station were suspended by Rourkela SP Nitesh Wadhwani for negligence in duty after a theft accused fled from police custody, said M R Pradhan, sub-divisional police officer, Panposh.
