T’puram: Three districts in Kerala will get new collectors as part of a routine administrative reshuffle. The transfers were effected as the incumbent district collectors completed two years in their respective districts and were required to be moved out in line with election-related norms. Arjun Pandian, who was serving as district collector of Thrissur, was transferred and posted as district collector of Kasaragod. He replaced Inbasekar K, who was transferred from the post. Sikha Surendran, currently tourism director, was posted as the new Thrissur district collector. Malappuram district collector Vinod V R was transferred and posted as joint commissioner, land revenue. Vinay Goyal, presently joint secretary in the health and family welfare department, was appointed as the new Malappuram district collector. He also held the full additional charge of executive officer, Kerala state haj committee.
