Ahmedabad: Three persons, including a 14-year-old boy, died by suicide in two days in the city. The cases were reported from Ramol and Gujarat University areas, police said on Saturday.In Ramol, a 14-year-old boy ended his life at his residence near Vastral Smart Bazaar on Saturday evening. Police said the minor hanged himself from a ceiling fan using a cloth around 4.30pm. The reason behind the step is not yet known. Ramol police have registered a case of accidental death and started investigation.In another case, an 18-year-old woman from the Gulbai Tekra area died by suicide early Saturday morning. Police said she hanged herself from a wooden beam in her house before 7am. Gujarat University police have registered a case of accidental death and are probing the circumstances.In a third case, a 21-year-old man from Vastral village died by suicide at his residence on Friday evening. He hanged himself from a ceiling support in his bedroom. Police said no suicide notes were found in the cases. Further investigation is underway.
