Srinagar, May 25: Rescue teams launched an evacuation operation after a technical fault temporarily halted the Gulmarg Gondola service on Monday afternoon.
Posting on X, Office of the Chief Minister, J&K said the government is closely monitoring the situation and that all cabins remain intact.It said trained teams are on the ground to safely evacuate stranded tourists.
“The situation is completely under control and there is no cause for panic,” the post said.
