The remaining three, recognition of union elections, implementation of the 2021 Pay Revision Commission (PRC) and the RTC merger, required govt intervention, he informed.Prabhakar said the 11% PRC announced by the govt would be implemented from July. He added that employees had unanimously agreed that worker representatives in the merger committee should come from a recognised union, making the elections a prerequisite.
