Prayagraj: A 16-year-old boy was killed and two others were injured after two factions of a family clashed over a property dispute in Koni village of Pratapgarh on Wednesday night, police said.Police arrested three members of one faction — Hirawati (58) and her sons, Subedar Verma alias Sonu (30) and Rohit Verma (26) — in connection with the incident.An axe, a sharp-edged weapon and an e-rickshaw were recovered from their possession, police said.According to police, members of the families of Hirawati and Prathavi Pal had been involved in a long-standing property dispute. The two sides allegedly clashed again on Wednesday evening and attacked each other with axes and other sharp-edged weapons.Three persons sustained injuries in the violence. One of them, Pravesh (16), a resident of Koni village, succumbed to his injuries during treatment at a hospital.
