Times News NetworkKanpur: Team of Pranjal Singh & Shreyansh Singh collected top cash prize of Rs 2200 along with a glittering win when they won the first Mastermind Chess team championship held at Mastermind Chess Academy here on Tuesday.Pranjal & Shreyansh collected the highest 5 points in the five round event and grabbed the first position. Pair of Atul Thakur & Arihant Rai sat in second place with 4.5 points and received Rs 1700 and a trophy. Vikas Nishad & Aditya Yadav team stood at third place with 4 points and collected prize of Rs 1300 and a trophy. Selected divisional teams will participate in the stale level championship to be held in Amethi from August 10 to August 17.According to the regional sports officer, interested footballers are required to bring their original and photocopy of their Aadhar card and they should be born between January 1, 2011 and January 31, 2012.
