Ghaziabad: A 35-year-old teacher was crushed to death by a truck near the Rotary roundabout in Raj Nagar Extension on Tuesday morning. The woman was riding a scooter when the truck hit her from the side, causing her to fall under its wheels. She died on the spot.Police said the teacher, Amrita Gupta, worked at Little Flower, a school in Durgapuri, Delhi. Around 8am, a police team conducting checks nearby was informed of the incident and reached the spot. Cops seized the truck and detained the driver.“Gupta’s body has been moved to the mortuary of District MMG Hospital and her husband has been informed.
