COIMBATORE: In a major political shake-up in the Kavundampalayam constituency, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has surged ahead of traditional heavyweights.As of the end of round 20, the TVK candidate Kanimozhi Santhosh has secured a commanding 103,829 votes, establishing a massive lead over their rivals.
AIADMK currently trails in second place with 73,009 votes, followed by the DMK-led Congress candidate with 65,278 votes. NTK garnered 11,058 votes.
