BENGALURU: At least three people have been arrested after a road rage incident on the Bengaluru-Mysuru access-controlled highway near Maddur, where a family travelling with children was allegedly attacked following a minor collision between two vehicles. A video of the assault has since surfaced on social media.The incident reportedly took place around 10 pm on July 5, when a car carrying a family, including children, was stopped by a group of men on the highway. A dashboard camera installed in a vehicle following the car captured the incident.In the video, a few men can be seen blocking the car and allegedly assaulting the driver after forcing the vehicle to stop.The family members, including children, were reportedly present inside the car during the attack.The footage shows the attackers surrounding the vehicle and engaging in a confrontation with the driver, though the exact reason behind the altercation remains unclear.The incident has raised concerns over road safety on the busy Bengaluru-Mysuru route. Police are yet to take action in connection with the case, and further details regarding the identity of those involved and the circumstances leading to the attack are awaited.
