Prayagraj: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released revised vacancy details for multiple Delhi Police recruitment examinations scheduled for 2025, updating the number of posts based on fresh data provided by the department.For the Delhi Police head constable (ministerial) exam-2025, the commission notified a total of 456 vacancies. Of these, 306 posts are earmarked for male candidates and 150 for female candidates. SSC clarified that the revision was made in accordance with figures furnished by Delhi Police, while all other terms, eligibility criteria and conditions mentioned in the earlier notification remain unchanged.Similarly, revised vacancies were announced for the Delhi Police head constable (assistant wireless operator/tele printer operator) exam-2025. As per the updated list, recruitment will now be conducted for 443 posts, including 297 for male candidates and 146 for female candidates.In addition, SSC issued revised figures for the Delhi Police constable (driver) male exam-2025. According to the latest report from Delhi Police, recruitment will be carried out for 660 posts. Of these, 584 vacancies fall under the open category, comprising 276 for General, 59 for EWS, 140 for OBC, 63 for SC and 46 for ST candidates. A further 76 posts are reserved for ex-servicemen, including 31 for General, 7 for EWS, 15 for OBC, 14 for SC and 9 for ST categories.The commission reiterated that, apart from the updated vacancy numbers, all other conditions and rules specified in the previously published notices continue to apply.
