T’puram: Thiruvananthapuram revenue district special school arts festival will be held at Govt VHSS for the Deaf, Jagathy, on Wednesday.State commissioner for persons with disabilities P T Babu Raj will inaugurate the festival at a function presided over by corporation councillor Rakhi Ravikumar. Corporation education standing committee chairman Chempazhanthi Udayan will deliver the keynote address.Manu, Rajesh Babu V, Leena Devi S V, Naser Alakkal, Ansimol K O, Keerthi T, Vidya Mol J V and Bindu P will speak on the occasion. Gangarani G will welcome the gathering and E Ismail will propose the vote of thanks.The closing ceremony and prize distribution will be held at 4.30pm the same day. Transport minister C P John will inaugurate the function, which will be presided over by DDE Biju R.Rakhi Ravikumar will distribute the prizes.
