Lucknow: Slamming the Samajwadi Party’s announcements, UP BJP chief Pankaj Chaudhary on Wednesday said the SP has again come before the public with a “bag full of false promises” to conceal its past misdeeds and failures.In a post on X, Chaudhary said the party, under whose rule serious questions were raised regarding law and order and women’s safety is now speaking about the dignity, security, and development of women. He questioned why concrete steps—such as ensuring women’s safety or providing better hospitals and colleges—were not taken when SP was in govt.He said people of UP have not forgotten SP’s history of broken promises and its track record in governance. “It is no longer possible to mislead the public with hollow announcements and electoral lollipops,” he said, adding that the people will give a fitting response to the SP in the 2027 assembly elections.
