Times News NetworkDumka: Acting on a tip-off, Deoghar police arrested six drug traffickers, including a woman, during a raid conducted at Ruiya Dharamshala in Jasidih on Thursday leading to the seizure of more than 76 grams of brown sugar valued at around Rs 15 lakh.“A police team caught the accused red-handed while they were engaged in the sale and purchase of narcotics,“ Deoghar SP Praveen Pushkar said. Police first held Gul Mohammad and Ismail Ansari been, who transported the consignment to Deoghar via train, were arrested.During the investigation, police found that Sikandar Mehta (Yadav), a resident of Deoghar, was also involved in drug trafficking for some time. He also involved his wife, Khushboo Devi, in the illegal trade.
