Pune: The state government on Thursday appointed Sheetal Teli-Ugale, 2009 batch IAS officer , as the new divisional commissioner of Pune division, replacing Dr Chandrakant Pulkundwar, IAS, according to an official order.Teli-Ugale was appointed commissioner of sports and youth services in Pune in May last year. Pulkundwar who has completed his term of over two years has now been transferred and appointed secretary (rural development and panchayat raj) in Mantralaya.The order directed Teli-Ugale to hand over charge of her current post to Deepak Singla, IAS, who was serving as additional commissioner at PMRDA, and assume charge as Pune divisional commissioner from Pulkundwar.Pulkundwar will to take charge of his new post from Eknath Dawale, IAS.
