Srinagar, Feb 21 : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, on Saturday administered the oath of office to Shantmanu as the State Election Commissioner (SEC) at Lok Bhavan.
The oath-taking ceremony was held after the Jammu and Kashmir Government announced his appointment to the constitutional post.
