Amritsar: A delegation of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) has reached Kathmandu, Nepal, with four trucks of relief material for people affected by the devastating floods in the country, said SGPC chief secretary Kulwant Singh Mannan on Friday.He said the relief supplies include generators, solar lights, tarpaulins, mosquito nets, blankets, woollen sheets, bedsheets, floor mats, utensils, and other essential items.Mannan said the SGPC had always extended humanitarian assistance during natural disasters. Following the devastation caused by the recent floods, langar services were also being provided in the affected areas for the past several days under the directions of advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, he added.
