Lucknow: The state govt transferred seven IAS officers on Friday evening. Prakash Bindu, who was secretary PWD, has been made the secretary Home. Two officers in waiting were posted as well. These included Lokesh M as secretary PWD and Mahendra Prasad as special secretary, UP Restructuring Coordination Department.Nina Sharma, who was director, UP Academy of Administration and Management, is now principal secretary, Public Enterprise Department. She was replaced by Sanjay Kumar, who was DG, UP Public Enterprise Department.Raghubir, special secretary, Religious Affairs, was given charge of special secretary, Divyangjan Sashktikaran Department. Ashish Kumar, managing director, UP State Tourism Development Corporation, was given additional charge of special secretary, Religious Affairs.
