Bhubaneswar: The State Sentence Review Board, which was scheduled to meet on Tuesday to take call on remission plea of Graham Staines murder convict Dara Singh, among others, got postponed, officials said. The meeting was deferred due to unavailability of the members. The home department will soon decide on a new date, a govt officer said. As reported earlier, additional solicitor general K M Nataraj informed the Supreme Court bench, which is hearing Dara’s remission plea, on May 13 that the board would meet on May 26. The next hearing in the case in SC is scheduled on July 14.
