New Delhi: A 51-year-old scrap dealer was shot at in New Delhi’s Tughlaq Road area on Thursday. The victim was identified as Baba Rafiq.According to police, a PCR call reporting the shooting was received on Thursday evening.A senior police officer clarified that the incident did not take place inside a park. Rafiq was standing near a traffic signal in the area when he was shot. He sustained a bullet injury to the back of his head and was rushed to a hospital for treatment.Police teams reached the spot shortly after receiving the information and launched an investigation.Cops are working to identify and trace those responsible for the shooting.
