New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a notice to Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Mann on an appeal filed by the Chandigarh administration challenging a Punjab and Haryana High Court decision to quash a case of rioting and unlawful assembly against Mann and other leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party.A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, said it will examine the matter, seeking a response from Mann.
