Udupi: A rowdy-sheeter was ordered to be externed from the district on Thursday. Somnath alias Somu,40, residing at Kumbrapadavu, Kasaba village in Karkala taluk, was issued an externment order by the special judicial magistrate and the superintendent of police.There are 11 cases registered against him, and a rowdy sheet has been opened at Karkala Town police station. He has been externed to the jurisdiction of Tunga Nagar police station in Shivamogga district.
