Rohan Jain and Kshitij Arora have joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as Partners with their team in the Corporate Practice at the Delhi – NCR office. Before joining CAM, Rohan and Kshitij worked at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas’ New Delhi office.
Jain has over 14 years of experience advising on complex, high-stakes transactions across diverse industries. His practice focuses on structuring, negotiating, and executing domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic alliances, with a particular emphasis on inbound and outbound transactions involving India.
Jain regularly advises multinational corporations, private equity funds, sovereign investors, and global conglomerates on legal, regulatory, and strategic considerations for investments into and from India.
