Jalandhar: CCTV footage of a mobile phone snatching incident in the city has surfaced on social media, showing one of the robbers brandishing a sharp-edged weapon and bringing it dangerously close to the victim woman during the attack.The footage, which went viral on Monday, shows the woman walking with her child in a street when the robbers pounced on her. As she screamed and fell to the ground, one of the assailants snatched her mobile phone while threatening her with the weapon.ACP North Ashok Meena said the incident took place in Dadar Mohalla under the jurisdiction of Police Station Division No. 1.He said police were taking swift action and an investigation was underway.
