Jaipur: RIICO has received 23 applications across four identified industrial areas under Model-A of the Rajasthan Industrial Park Promotion Policy, 2026. The corporation had invited proposals for the scheme, which allows private developers to build industrial parks on its land.The applications include 10 for Rajahera, Guda Ashikpura and Nurpur in Dausa district, seven for Vederlai in Pachpadra-Balotra, four for Bijauli in Dholpur, and two for Mayeja in Bundi. Officials said the response demonstrates growing confidence among investors in the state’s industrial policy framework.RIICO MD Suresh Kumar Ola said under category-A, RIICO will allot land at designated sites through an e-auction process. Developers will then be responsible for creating infrastructure such as roads, water supply, electricity, drainage, rainwater harvesting, and street lighting, added Ola.The policy also provides incentives including green support for CETPs, assistance for common utility centers and plug-and-play office complexes, along with exemptions or reimbursements in electricity duty, stamp duty and conversion charges.
