Panchkula police arrested a habitual offender in connection with the theft of AC copper pipes from an under-construction house in Amravati Enclave. The accused, Rajesh Kumar alias Chintu, who faces 10 theft cases, was arrested on July 29 and a motorcycle allegedly used in the crime was recovered during police remand. His accomplice remains absconding.
