New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs announced the appointment of Dr. Sonal Saxena as Director – Lab Operations, effective immediately, as part of its strategy to strengthen diagnostic quality and expand its preventive healthcare capabilities.
In her new role, Dr. Saxena will lead laboratory operations across the company’s nationwide network, with a focus on enhancing technical processes, quality systems, and accreditation standards.
With over 25 years of experience in pathology and laboratory medicine, she brings expertise in clinical diagnostics, reference laboratory establishment, and operational leadership. She has previously worked with organisations such as Dr. Lal Path Labs, Apollo Clinic, Alchemist Hospital, and Diagno Labs.
A trained ISO 15189 assessor, Dr. Saxena has played a key role in securing NABL, CAP, and ISO accreditations in her earlier assignments.
Commenting on the development, Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said diagnostics is increasingly becoming the first step in proactive healthcare, and the company remains focused on setting benchmarks in quality and accessibility.
He added that Dr. Saxena’s experience in lab operations and accreditation will support the company’s expansion and help deliver reliable diagnostic services at scale.
Dr. Saxena said Redcliffe Labs is contributing to a shift towards preventive healthcare and added that she aims to further strengthen laboratory capabilities and processes to support early detection and improve health outcomes.
