We’re looking for a Wholesale Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in-office.
At Ramassia, we partner with a network of independent optical boutiques across North America. This role is central to supporting our accounts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across orders, returns, and communications.
What You’ll Do

  • Manage communication with retail accounts
  • Manage communications with our teams in France and Belgium
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams
  • Support sales ambassadors with account needs
  • Assist with internal tracking and documentation

  • Clear and professional communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive, team-oriented personality
  • Ability to remain composed and organized under pressure
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute across teams
  • Appreciation for design, culture, and thoughtful client experience
  • Customer service or operations experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
  • Working knowledge of Excel (basic data entry and organization)
  • In-office availability

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekends off

Compensation: $45,000–$50,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
