Jaipur: The Department of Local Self Government (DLB) Monday announced that Shahari Seva Shivir 2026 – Follow-up Camps will be held across Rajasthan from Tuesday, until Aug 31, to dispose of pending applications from the earlier drive and accept fresh applications for civic services.According to a notification issued by the dept, the camps will be organised at municipal corporations, municipal councils, municipalities and development authorities across the state on all days except Sundays. Besides clearing applications left pending during the earlier Shahari Seva Shivir, the camps will also allow residents who missed the previous drive to submit fresh applications.The notification said all concessions and relaxations provided during the original Shahari Seva Shivir 2026 will remain applicable during the follow-up camps. District collectors have been directed to monitor the exercise and appoint camp in-charge and assistant in-charge officers. Officials from all concerned depts will be present at the camps to facilitate the speedy processing and disposal of applications.The camps will function from 10am to 5pm. However, officials have been instructed to continue working beyond scheduled hours if any application remains pending at closing time. Every application processed during the drive will carry the official “Shahari Seva Shivir 2026 – Follow-up Camp” stamp. The DLB has directed all urban local bodies to ensure the smooth implementation of the camps across the state.
