Pune: Railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will inaugurate two new trains on Wednesday, including the Amrit Bharat Express train between Pune and Danapur in Bihar, railway officials said.A daily train connecting Pune and Sainagar Shirdi will also be inaugurated.Officials said the Pune–Danapur Amrit Bharat Express will originate from Hadapsar railway station. The train’s schedule is expected to be finalised soon. The inaugural event will be held at both Pune and Hadapsar railway stations and will be attended by chief minister Devendra Fadnavis.The Amrit Bharat Express train offers facilities similar to those available on Vande Bharat Express trains. However, unlike the Vande Bharat, it is a non-AC service and will comprise general and sleeper-class coaches.
