New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi launched the digital platform ‘Satyagraha’ on Saturday, a day after Gandhi Jayanti, to help showcase information about protests across the country on a single site.
“There are multiple protests happening across the country. Protests about land, women’s rights, Dalits, OBC (other backward classes) rights, education, exams, amongst many others. We want to help organise these protests, put them together on one map and work together with you to see how we can help you resolve what you’re fighting for,” Gandhi said in a video message.
“Across India, people are standing up against injustice. As leader of the opposition, your fight is my fight. It’s time for a new Satyagraha. Tell me the issues you’re fighting for. I am listening,” he added.
