Jaipur: The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Directorate in Rajasthan Tuesday ordered an inquiry after a ground-handling vehicle collided with a microlight aircraft at Jaipur International Airport Monday.NCC officials said parts of the aircraft were damaged in the incident, while the exact cause of the collision is being ascertained.“An inquiry has been initiated into this incident, which will submit a probe report within 15-20 days,” an official said.According to officials, the microlight aircraft, carrying a pilot and a trainee NCC cadet, was being moved from the parking area to the airstrip for a training flight when the collision occurred.Training flights are operated from Jaipur airport through coordination between civil aviation authorities, airport authorities and 1st Raj Air Squadron NCC, the official added.
