Hyderabad: Union minister of state Bandi Sanjay has said BJP will form the next govt in Telangana and claimed that even a combined front of Congress, BRS and AIMIM would not be able to defeat his party in Greater Hyderabad politics.Speaking during a press conference held as part of his 40-kilometre march from Mahashakti Temple in Karimnagar to the Kondagattu Anjaneya Temple in Jagtial district on Saturday, Sanjay said political change in the state was inevitable and that BJP would emerge victorious in the coming elections. He sharply criticised Congress and BRS, and took aim at the state govt’s ‘Praja Palana – Pragati Pranalika’ programme, alleging that it was confined to publicity and photographs. He said the public was already questioning Congress leaders over the implementation of the six guarantees and claimed that people were beginning to recognise the govt’s failures.Four BJP activists were hurt in a bee attack during Bandi Sanjay’s ‘Anjanna Aseervada Padayatra’ in Ramadugu mandal, Karimnagar district. All the injured people were sent to the hospital. While the padayatra was happening, some BJP activists tried to film it with a drone. The drone hit a tree with a beehive, and bees swarmed around the participants, causing panic. Security guards quickly moved Sanjay to safety. The bee attack paused the padayatra for a few minutes, but it then resumed and continued toward Kondagattu. Bandi Sanjay started the padayatra in Karimnagar on Saturday morning and plans to cover 40 kilometres by evening. The padayatra would culminate at the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple.
