Kolkata: A 46-year-old man, who was a teacher at a coaching centre in the Vidyadanga area, has been missing since Friday. The missing person’s wife, an administrative employee at a premier cancer institute in New Town, lodged a police complaint after the man failed to return to their Amar Basu Sarani home.His son, a class 12 student, reported that his father was not home when he returned home that afternoon. When the man did not return by late evening, his family attempted to reach him around 10.30 pm, only to find his mobile phone switched off.Investigations revealed that the educator, who holds a Master’s degree in Hospital Management, had not reported for work on the day of his disappearance. Cops are reviewing CCTV footage to locate him.
