Chennai: A 26-year-old rowdy damaged 12 vehicles parked on the streets in Kasimedu with a knife on Tuesday night.Four mini-trucks, three auto-rickshaws and five two-wheelers, were damaged in Kasimedu Indira Nagar, Power Kuppam, Indira Nagar Housing Board and GM Pettai areas. Kasimedu police received multiple complaints on Wednesday morning from vehicle owners.Based on the complaints, sub-inspector Gopinath registered a case and examined CCTV footage from the area. Police identified the suspect as Rajesh, alias ‘Setting’ Rajesh, of Indira Nagar Fourth Street. Rajesh is absconding.
