Kanpur: A video circulating on social media allegedly showing a female YouTuber making indecent and derogatory remarks against former CM and ex-governor of Rajasthan Kalyan Singh, has sparked controversy.After a complaint lodged with police commissioner Raghubir Lal by Swatantra Kumar Agrawal, a resident of Kidwai Nagar, a case was registered at cyber police station under the IT Act.In his complaint, Swatantra Kumar Agrawal stated that he had admired Kalyan Singh’s ideals since his student days. He said that on March 30, he saw a video uploaded on March 28 on social media, in which the YouTuber, reportedly from Jaipur, used objectionable language and levelled serious allegations against the late leader, which deeply hurt his sentiments as well as those of many others.He further claimed that the video triggered widespread public outrage. Taking cognizance of the matter, cyber police station in-charge Satish Yadav said that a report has been registered on the orders of the police commissioner and further action is underway. tnn
