Bengaluru: Following the latest plea by Pavithra Gowda, accused no. 1 in Chitradurga’s Renukaswamy murder case, to shift her to another cell and barrack, citing the health issues she was facing at Central Prison, Parappana Agrahara, the court has allowed her request. The prison officials have shifted her to another barrack, which has only four other inmates.She was earlier shifted to a barrack having 30 inmates. She had also filed a bail petition before the court, and the court adjourned the hearing to Tuesday. The court also adjourned the date for recording Pradosh S Rao’s approver statement to Tuesday.Pavithra has approached the court for bail for the fourth time. The latest application was filed on Sept 16.
